Porchella is being organized by a small group of locals. Locals who not only love live music but play it or otherwise work in the music industry with an astonishing 100 years of combined experience in the industry. 

We hope that artists and craftspeople of all stripes will sell their wares, alongside food vendors to round out the draw to make our first Porchella a great success and will inspire organizers, artists, and the community, to make it a bigger, brighter, yearly event.

Sponsorship opportunities abound! We are offering a small honorarium for each of the performers because this event could not exist without them and we know their time on stage is only a small portion of their efforts to attend this event. We are asking you to become a sponsor.

As a premier sponsor, you/your business will be advertised as the sole sponsor for one stage, your name or your company logo ( if provided) will be posted in front of the stage for the whole event, mentioned on our website, Porchella.ca, our Social Media, and listed on our stage location brochures.

Platinum Sponsors of $300 or more will be the only sponsor noted in front of a stage, listed on the

Porchella.ca website, our Social Media, as well as in our brochure for mapping locations.

Gold Sponsorship of $150 or more gets you a spot as one of 3 sponsors noted in front of your stage, posted on the Porchella website and our Social Media.

We have two levels of donations as well.

Superfans of Porchella when someone donates $50 to $150 - Superfans of Porchella get a Thank You and Name on the Website with a Superfan status marker.

Fans of Porchella when someone donates up to $50 - Fans of Porchella get a Thank You and Name on the Website with a Fan status marker.

We need funds to cover artists' honorarium, port-o-let rentals, bottled water, insurance costs and permit fees to get this event off the ground.

Promotion will encompass the surrounding counties as well as through social media, new print and radio pushes, to bring audience members from far and wide, which will benefit our local shops and restaurants boosting their sales on an otherwise quiet Saturday in September. Set times are staggered from stage to stage so the music continues to flow throughout the afternoon with consideration of noise volume for those who live nearby.

As a family-friendly event, we request participants to not consume alcohol in public, exhibit good conduct, no use of foul language, adhere to their given schedule, arrive a minimum of 15 mins before your show and most importantly, have an amazing time!
